The Lake Oroville Area Public Utility District (LOAPUD) is searching for a qualified applicant to fill the position of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK II.

 

Located in Oroville, CA approximately 75 miles north of Sacramento, LOAPUD provides sanitary sewer (waste water) collection services to approximately 4500 customers over 3500 acres, mostly in the unincorporated areas east and south of the City of Oroville.  Customers include single and multiple family residences, a variety of commercial uses, and public facilities including schools and recreational areas associated with nearby Lake Oroville.

The ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK II, under the supervision of the General Manager, performs a wide array of office functions.

LOAPUD offers a competitive total compensation package, including healthcare benefits, CalPERS pension plan, and holiday/vacation/sick leaves.

Starting hourly wage is based on a board approved compensation schedule.  Placement on the wage schedule depends on experience and qualifications.
