NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the Lake Oroville Area Public Utility District, scheduled for November 10, 2026, has been canceled due to a lack of business requiring immediate Board action.

Items scheduled for consideration, including the Consent Agenda, will be carried forward to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.

The next regular meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for December 8, 2026 at the District office.
