Public Records Request
Public Records Requests
The Lake Oroville Area Public Utility District provides access to public records in accordance with the California Public Records Act. Requests may be submitted to the District Office in writing, by email, by mail, or in person.
Requests should describe the records being requested as clearly and specifically as possible to assist District staff in locating responsive documents. Upon receipt, District staff will review the request, determine whether responsive records are available and provide a response within the timeframes required by law.
Records may be provided electronically or made available for inspection at the District Office. Fees may apply for copies or other costs as permitted by law.
